Available Positions:
Assembly
Assembles parts to build a fully functioning firearm. Gauges/tests and inspects. Works as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Buffer
Sanding and polishing zinc and steel parts using grinding wheels, buff wheels, belts and hand debur equipment. .
CNC Machine Operator
Load and operate a computer numerical control machine. Unload machined parts, inspect, file, count and route to the next operation.
CNC Set-Up Operator
Set up CNC Machinery, making sure the machine has the proper program, tools and fixtures. Assist machine operators and troubleshoot problems. Problem resolution.
CNC Technician
Technicians support the technical CNC operations, including troubleshooting equipment. Work with multiple machines simultaneously.
Die Cast Operator
Operate a zinc die cast machine, work with molten zinc to mold zinc rifle parts. Produce, inspect and pass parts to the trim operation.
Die Cast Trimmer
Operates trim presses to trim excess zinc from manufactured zinc rifle parts produced in the same dept. Keep counts and assess quality.
ECB Coater
Manages our E-coating department, tests and evaluates the production, supplies and maintains accurate records of both. Racking, curing and inspecting finished products.
General
General positions include our paint line production, some sub-assembly and pack.
Inspection/Packaging
Inspects manufactured and purchased components using manual inspection instruments and vision systems. Audit according to the components OIP.
Receiving/Shipping
Keeps assembly parts store stocked,. Tracking, verification of items, interprets build and production schedules, monitors bins; management inventory movements.
Toolroom Machinist / CNC Programmer
Produce parts from engineering drawings using both CNC and manual toolroom equipment. Parts produced typically include work holding, prototypes, gauging and other tooling.
